While assistant U.S. attorney Connor Fox (Matthew Morrison) assembles a grand jury, Alicia, Eli and Mike Tascioni (Will Patton) research the charges Peter is facing; Alicia's family interrupts her weekend with Jason.

Alicia joins some attorneys who are advising the government on a controversial case; Eli asks Elsbeth Tascioni (Carrie Preston) to figure out why the FBI is targeting Peter.

Alicia has a difficult time adjusting when she and Lucca join Lockhart, Agos & Lee; a case involving a secret new tablet causes a rift.

After a former bond court client is wrongfully imprisoned, Alicia argues against Judge Schakowsky; the student editor of a college newspaper is threatened with termination after writing a politically charged article.

Judged

Cary and Alicia work together to defend a former client faced with a multi-million dollar lawsuit regarding ownership rights to his new music; Alicia's neighbors are not happy that her firm is operating out of her apartment and want her evicted.
